Description

This is a complete engine for the Peugeot Partner II and Citroen Berlingo II, specifically the 1.6 eHDI diesel model produced from 2008 to 2018. The engine code is 9HL 9H05 with a displacement of 1560 cc and mileage of 166,192 km. The engine is fully functional and operational. New injector washers have been installed as one was leaking. The engine has been serviced and is ready for installation.

The engine comes with a full set of visible equipment, including the fuel system (injectors, fuel pump), intake manifold, exhaust manifold with turbocharger, and additional components like the alternator base, crankshaft pulley, oil filter housing, thermostat housing, EGR valve, and various sensors. While these additional parts are included, their full value is not charged; if any are found to be faulty, they should be replaced with parts from your old engine.

This engine is imported from the UK, where vehicles typically have better road conditions and regular servicing, leading to lower mileage. It was removed from a lightly damaged vehicle and was operational prior to removal.

When installing this used engine, it is recommended to replace consumable parts such as the timing belt, engine oil, oil filter, drive belts, coolant, and spark plugs. These parts are subject to wear and are not covered by warranty. While some low-mileage engines may not require replacement, it is advisable to check or replace them for optimal performance.
